A Southern California native, after serving in the U.S. Air Force, David moved to Santa Clarita in 1984 with his newlywed wife, Darlene, where they raised two successful daughters. In 1986, David obtained his CA real estate license and was personally mentored by the #1 sales agent in the USA for Century 21. He was also working full-time at Valencia Company and completing his college degree. In February 1988, David moved to RE/MAX as full-time Realtor.
David earned his California Bureau of Real Estate Brokers license in 1991. His professionally recognized designations include: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), which is the equivalent to a Master’s Degree in Real Estate, Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), an e-PRO internet professional, Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternative (HAFA) Specialist and Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES). Commercial and Investment Certifications are from Southland Regional Association of Realtors (SRAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR), and National Association of Realtors (NAR).
Throughout David’s real estate career, he’s been awarded numerous top honors for performance and sales results from every company he has aligned with including Century 21, RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Top 100 in the State of California, Eagle Realty USA and Keller William’s Top 10 sales production awards.
